Vapingshopoz uses UPS and USPS to deliver orders, therefore all shipping costs are designated and updated by UPS and USPS standards and protocol. Once Pilgrim Vapingshopoz has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
Vapingshopoz uses FedEx and DHL for most international orders, therefore all international shipping costs are designated and updated by FedEx and DHL standards and protocol. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. Vapingshopoz is not responsible for fees charged by customs.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We do not issue refunds. We are happy to issue a store credit for a return or an exchange. The customer is responsible for any shipping expenses incurred to return the items to Vapingshopoz.
Due to the costly nature of shipping, international orders are not eligible for exchange.
For return orders, shipping charges are not refunded unless the original item shipped was damaged or the item shipped was incorrect.
Exchanges/returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the original shipping date and should be shipped back to our Online department in a prepaid package. We will not accept CODs. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition along with the original price tags intact, as well as the original invoice/receipt.
We have the right to deny any store credit returns/exchanges if it does not meet our policy requirements. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the new item will be shipped upon availability. Please contact us (phone, email, or note within the box) with your credit card information (card number, expiration date, security code) so that we may charge for additional shipping and handling fees for an exchange.
Store credit will be issued within 7 business days.

We are happy to refund you a price adjustment if your item was purchased at full price within 3 days of the markdown. Price adjustments do not apply to sale items that are marked down further.
